‘Nature’s Child’ is a whimsical tribute to the vitality and harmony shared between our city and the natural world. Representing the spirit of Mother Nature’s child, this larger-than-life installation, with its imposing presence and simple features, serves as a playful reminder that our relationship with nature can be not only harmonious but also filled with a sense of fun, light-heartedness, and optimism.
The 12-foot-tall inflatable by Mike Geiger draws inspiration from the heartwarming idea that, while Mother Nature diligently tends to the grandeur of the natural world, her sprightly young child is ever-eager to explore in Earth’s most enchanting and lively nooks and crevices.
‘Nature’s Solace’ is a light installation that symbolizes the nurturing spirit of a guardian mother and her kin, watching over a canopy of cherry blossoms. This design captures the essence of their protective and loving presence, reflected in the delicate blossoms housed within the structure. The guardian’s maternal aura gently reminds us of the importance of working together with nature’s spirits to care for our planet.

From December 6th to 8th, 2024, Miami will host Reflective Surfaces, a digital art exhibition that explores the perception of reality through works that interact with the surrounding environment. The exhibition will take place aboard a boat docked at 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132, directly across from the Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel, with the ocean serving as a natural backdrop. The waves, the light playing on the water, and the movement of the boat create a unique environment, becoming an integral part of the visual and conceptual experience of the exhibition.
